Eolach Consulting is run by Marion Menzies. Marion completed her law degree at Glasgow University and has over 30 years of experience gained in both legal practice, where she was a partner in a large commercial Scottish Law Firm, and latterly in industry, working for a global engineering business for 6 years where she was primarily responsible for IP and data protection. Consequently she understands not only the domestic concerns businesses have but also the international aspects of trading overseas.
Marion also holds the ISEB Certificate in Data Protection Compliance and has experience of advising businesses on the full range of data protection issues including designing and delivering training. Marion has also advised clients in a number of sectors including the creative industries, retail and ebusiness, engineering, IT, property management, human resources, marketing, sports and education.
