With years of experience in designing and delivering training on Data Protection, we can provide general awareness training for those new to the topic, and more in-depth training for those wishing or needing to expand their knowledge. Our Data Protection training can be on any aspect of data protection & GDPR. It can cover how to audit or carry out privacy impact assessments or it can be geared towards specific sectors or departments such as HR, ICT or HSE managers, marketing and sales managers, record or archive managers, directors and those with compliance responsibilities. For HR managers, for example, we can provide on the job training on areas including records retention, reference and recruitment, staff monitoring and testing and subject access requirements. For ICT departments it could deal with compliance with the obligation to ensure technical and organisational security of data.
If you have a specific training requirements we can either provide an off the shelf solution or a bespoke course for you. Training will typically include course notes, practical tips, Q & A sessions and case studies or a blend of these.
